hi i have recently lost 80 kgs over a 12 month period and looking to put muscle size on. Not sure about supplements to use which could assist me or are there legal steriods that can be used that are safe any advice would be appreciated thanks
I train 4 to 5 times a week for around hr and a half should I be doing more than this I do 20 mins at the start cardio then weights followed by stretching and cool down

what are your stats?(weight, hieght and age) training routine?
also how is your diet if you could post the above that would be really helpfull.
