To start of with, in order to "cut" or remove fat from your body you must be currently eating in a deficit. Basically step 1) work out your maintenance using your stats such as; height, age, weight and activity level. step 2) once you have worked out your maintenance remove 500 from the total calories, and this will be your deficit. Sometimes calculators and always correct so adjust your calories week by week depending on how you feel. step 3) download a calorie counting app such as my fitness pal for free from the app store! step 4) eat in a ratio of 50/30/20 (carb/pro/fat) step 5) if you choose to eat healthy that is good but you can also use the IIFYM approach (if it fits your macros) step 6) train hard and possibly include some HIIT in your training!
